Gina Garden

Gina is a collaborative leader who brings over 15 years’ experience in program and project management, operations analysis, strategic account management and cross functional team leadership.  Gina has been responsible for successfully designing, implementing and growing service programs for EMSAR since 2010.  Gina was promoted to VP in 2019 where she is responsible for developing and leading EMSAR’s Account Management and Customer Care Teams to achieve increased quality, consistency and scalable service delivery through expert communication, process fanaticism and exceptional customer experience.  Prior to joining EMSAR, Gina worked for the Houston Methodist Hospital in the Texas Medical Center as a clinical chemist, leading people, process and quality.  Gina is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and holds an MBA from Tulane University, B.Sc. in Microbiology and B.Sc. in Clinical Laboratory Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
