Donn Rupp

Originally from the great state of Montana, Donn has developed his human resources knowledge through various HR leveled roles — from Verizon Wireless as an executive recruiter, to Microsoft where he received his certificate in Employment Law from University of Washington. He stepped into a Global HR Director role at Bayer Pharmaceutical, with emphasis on engagement and leadership training . During his tenure at Bayer, he worked on over 50 mergers and acquisitions.

Donn has worked for CSA Service Solutions (EMSAR) for more than 5 years, and, with a highly talented and knowledgeable team, has established a strong employee centric people operations division (HR). For fun, Donn spends most of his time playing volleyball and softball — and enjoys taking off back to Montana or the wilds of Washington to camp and hike.
