Jonielle Dedman

Jonielle Dedman is the chief operating officer at EMSAR and has 15 years of service experience in large- and mid-size company environments. Jonielle has been with EMSAR since 2022 and has enjoyed the challenge of integrating companies, software, and systems to create replicable systems and processes capable of growth in the future. She earned her master’s in business administration from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

Jonielle’s primary focus revolves around creating the operational team and strategy that will provide excellent service for current and future customers, creating efficient processes to achieve those goals. She pairs the strong belief that the people delivering the service have the best pulse on the business with the knowledge that even the best idea has no value if it is not executed well and urgently. Jonielle’s experience has taught her that companies are most effective when their employees feel valued and empowered.

When Jonielle is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing some sort of athletic endeavor.
