Ryan joined EMSAR in November 2023 as CFO. Ryan possesses over 15 years of varied corporate finance and accounting experience, including business transformation, due-diligence, transaction-related services, financial reporting, and a deep passion for driving culture focused on customer-service, employee well-being, and informed decision making through data.
Prior to joining EMSAR, Ryan has held progressive finance roles, most recently as VP, Finance and Corporate Controller at a private equity sponsored gas distribution firm. Prior to that, he worked as Manager of Accounting and FP&A at the nation’s largest power sweeping company — also private equity sponsored.
Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in business economics and is a certified public accountant.
